2026 cycling week 19

May 4-10

I tried riding the XL loop but I found I wasn’t burning enough to meet the Apple Watch May Challenge. I added a 2 miles mini loops on Thursday which made the route 13.7 miles. That worked so I rode it again on Friday.

I did my usual errands on Saturday.

I saw that I needed 25 miles on Sunday to get to 100 miles for the week. But I also needed to go to Sprouts. I ended up going to Flatwoods for a loop then Sprouts. And since I still felt good at 20 miles, I rode some more to make sure I went over 100 miles. This is the kind of Mother’s Day I enjoy, a nice long ride.
