what's for dinner?

This is what you get when you look in your fridge and grab stuff. It's the beginning of my 6 layer wrap ad oh so quick, easy and tasty. Oh and low calorie too!
1 cup rice, cooked
1 cup black beans, canned, rinsed & drained
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup salsa
Mix ingredients. Yields 3 cups.
On a sandwich wrap or tortilla, spread 1/2 cup of mixture then add 1/4 fresh tomato, diced and 1 tablespoon lite sour cream.
300 calories, 5.5 grams of fat
