[mosaic monday] tae kwon do

At school this year, they would watch and work out to a video called Fitness for Kids. Andy would come home and repeat the exercises. He especially loves the Tae Kwon Do portion. We finally got the video as school ended and I put it on his iPod. He loves to watch and Ryan will join in. Andy is the instructor David and Ryan is one of the students.
