[public art] reach for the sky

[Oops! I am off on my weeks. The weekly theme should be water. D'oh!]
I wish I knew the name of this sculpture. I tried google but only came up with it being in Plant Park. Also, I took this way back in January 2008 when I was first starting out with POTD. Hopefully the boys will want to go in search of more public art this week. (I really need to look at the weekly themes before Sunday afternoon.)
