[water] not so golden

We have retention ponds all over the place. Most are utilitarian, some have some thought of design. This one was intended to viewed by the public but out CDD built a maintenance shed so now the pond can only be viewed if you peek through the fence posts and crane you head around the pump house. The fountain has been turned off for water conservation, or maybe they are just cheap.
